Today, the company produces a variety of gear, including clothing, helmets, and parts, in addition to over 25 lines of bikes. They range from cheaper models such as the Hardrock, P series, and the children's Hotrock, up to the expensive S-Works models for road and cross-country riding, and the Demo for freeride and downhill mountain biking. Specialized's current line-up of bicycles are as follows:

Many riders in recent years have used Specialized bicycles in the North American and European professional cycling circuit. Currently, Team Gerolsteiner and Quick Step-Innergetic are riding the Tarmac (a full carbon fiber composite road bike) in the Tour de France. Team Gerolsteiner equips their bikes with Shimano components while Quick Step-Innergetic uses Campagnolo components with roval wheels by specialized
Specialized has also equipped Manuel Höchbauer, the Bavarian cyclist (Team Parsberg) and champion of the German HC.
Specialized bikes also sponsors the University of Georgia Collegiate Cycling Team.
Specialized announced on the 1st of September, 2008, that beginning 2009, it would sponsor Team CSC-Saxo Bank which will be solely known as Saxo Bank in 2009. This ends the 6 year partnership between CSC and Cervelo.
