This is a list of applications available for the iPhone OS. As of 1 May 2009, there are over 35,000 third-party applications officially available for the iPhone and iPod Touch on the App Store. 10 million applications were downloaded the first weekend. Since the library of iPhone applications is unmanageable, other than the initial demoed applications at the iPhone SDK release this list is confined to those programs for which a Wikipedia article exists.
