Here is what users have to say about Humanistic

POV: date=March 2009 Humanism is a perspective common to a wide range of ethical stances that affirms the dignity and worth of all people, attaching importance to human dignity, concerns, and capabilities, particularly rationality. This particular meaning of humanism comes into focus when contrasted to the supernatural or to appeals to authority. Since the nineteenth century humanism has been associated with anti-religious attitudes (inherited from the Anti-clericalism of eighteenth-century Enlightenment philosophes). Humanism tends to strongly endorse human rights, including reproductive rights, gender equality, and the separation of church and state. The term covers organized non-theistic religions, secular humanism, and a humanistic life stance.
